Of course! While there's absolutely no obligation to buy any of the images, you will have a fun and very special viewing session on Zoom where you can look at your stunning portraits one week after your shoot in the comfort of your own home. WHY ARE YOU OFFERING THESE SESSIONS?
No, we are looking for REAL mothers and daughters for our portfolios. Our clients are real people so we prefer to show real people in our wall displays, on our website, social media and in our portfolios.
ARE YOU LOOKING FOR MODELS?
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring along other important family members, like a spouse if applicable, or grandparents. There is no charge for additional family members, and we can include them in part of your photography session
CAN I BRING OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS?
A standard session takes approximately 3o minutes, depending on the number of people in the family and if there is an outfit change.
HOW LONG WILL OUR PHOTO SESSION LAST?
Our portrait artists travel and are invested in creating beautiful artistic portraits of you and your children. Unfortunately in the past when we offered complimentary sessions without any reservation fee, we experienced many late cancellations and no shows. We now require a $200 refundable reservation fee to book out your time on the studio’s calendar. The $200 fee is fully refundable as long as you keep your appointments or provide 7 days notice to reschedule.

We love historic buildings and introducing others to our charming town, Lockhart. After remodeling our Victorian home, we couldn’t get enough; so, when the opportunity came to buy and renovate a 115-year-old brick building on Lockhart's main square, we said, "Yes, please!" That's how Jennifer Lindberg Studios HQ was born, fulfilling a long-standing dream.
Our Flagship location has two studios: the main Studio & Gallery downstairs and the recently renovated Loft Studio upstairs, which has its own entrance. Jim painstakingly scraped the antique pine floors by hand and, alongside a friend, restored the old beauty crafted by German builder Gus Birkner over 100 years ago.
Clients drive from 30 minutes to 3 hours to visit us, often making a day of it, exploring Lockhart's famous BBQ restaurants, shops, galleries and other eateries.

Back in 2018, with stars in our eyes and cameras in hand, we set out to document the moments and relationships that truly matter.
We believed that there was something extraordinary about black and white photography! After combining decades of experience in shooting both film and digital, we collaborated with one of the world's top Photo Editors and the recipe for our “secret sauce," was created. It's now recognized as the distinctive JLS portrait style.
